2014 - Gaining Experience After graduation April 2014, I did a month-long internship at Wycliffe Bible Translators of Canada where I supported their communications staff with several projects. During this time, I had a few recommendations from professors and coworkers alike for some job opportunities they thought suited me just perfectly. The experience and word of mouth I gained from that month is unreal. Just shows you how God steps in and saves the day at the unlikeliest of moments.
I also had the opportunity to go to the UK for 3 weeks to do a pro-bono video shoot. I shot video in Wales mostly, and took photography in England, Scotland and Wales. Was such a neat opportunity to get to bless the family over there, while growing in my skills as a media specialist.
Summer 2015, I had the opportunity to shoot two weddings in Canada (Fort Saint John, BC & Canmore, AB) — one video one photography. It was such a neat experience being able to capture a live event and work with each bride. This is diffidently a new field for me, and something I am interested in growing in.
Fast forward to Summer 2017 when the media industry is competitive and everyone is looking for an opportunity to show the world what they can offer. And here I am. A debt-free, passionate, experienced graduate looking for opportunities to utilize the skills God has given me.

2012 - The "aha" moment. This was the year that I had no idea what I was going to do after graduating high school and spending a few months in Costa Rica. I knew I wanted to go to university and study something that brings glory to God... but I had no idea what that looked like. Then I watched a very powerful video, that got me thinking, "What if I could make something like this, but for the Kingdom". That was the moment I decided I wanted to go to Christian school to have biblical support on such a secular topic. 6 months later I packed up EVERYTHING and moved to middle-of-no-where Alberta, Canada where I stayed 2 years working and studying Digital Media.
"Digital Media is a growing industry, that basically everyone needs to jump on. My desire is to equip small businesses and ministries to be equipped to do what they love."
